Coed Preschool Gymnastics
Preschool aged children are a whirlwind of activity and what better place to be than The Gymnastics Training Center? As we help lay the foundation for basic gymnastics and movement skills, your child will develop a love for exercise and fitness! GTC provides the perfect place for your child to develop balance, strength and coordination. We build confidence and strong bodies in every class!


3 - 4 year olds: Enthusiastic instructors provide the guidance and instruction for your preschooler to interact and learn with his/her peers in this 45-minute class entirely independent of parental support. Your child will participate in exciting obstacle courses using specially designed preschool gymnastics equipment in combination with cargo nets, balance beams, bars, trampoline and Tumbl-Trak.

 
 

4 - 5 year olds: Your child will build confidence while learning gymnastics skills on uneven bars, balance beams, spring floor, vaulting, trampoline and Tumbl-Trak as well as developing flexibility and strength utilizing cargo nets, climbing walls and climbing ropes. You may choose a 45 or 60 minute class.

5 - 6 year olds: This one hour class is a transition to more traditional gymnastics. Your child will learn gymnastics skills on all of the Olympic events as well as trampoline and Tumble-Trak. We continue to work on improving strength, flexibility, agility and coordination making gymnastics the best overall activity for developing skills for all other sports.
